Maintenance/operation fee, including utilities and service costs of the building: PLN 15 per 1m2 net of tax monthly.
Deposit: 1 month’s fees.

- 24/7 security and monitoring
- access to equipped kitchen facilities
- parking spaces (the actual number of spaces depends on the office space you rent)
- access to conference rooms for 8 people.
