Woodward, Inc is an independent company that designs, manufactures and services control system solutions for the aerospace and energy markets. The innovative flow, power and attitude control systems we provide help our customers offer products that are more environmentally friendly, reliable and efficient. Our customers include leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and end users of their products. In the aerospace industry, we serve the passenger aircraft, business aircraft, helicopter and defense markets. In the energy industry, we offer solutions for three main areas: we provide control systems for all power generation equipment, both renewable and fossil fuel.
Technology challenges
We are looking to digitize and automate processes that are currently happening “on paper” in whole or in part (due to the change in work environment to hybrid, at least, direct interactions are difficult). Due to the increasingly difficult job market, we are also looking to automate/robotize simple and repetitive operations to be able to move employees to more demanding tasks.
